Are you confident supporting young people with challenging behaviour? We’re recruiting Behaviour Mentors to work with students in SEMH and alternative provision settings across Leeds.
Leader Education is partnering with specialist schools and alternative provisions to find resilient, consistent mentors who can build strong relationships and help pupils re-engage with education.
The Role
This is a full-time position (Monday–Friday) supporting pupils who require consistent behavioural and emotional support to succeed in school.
You Will
Pupils may present with SEMH needs, Autism (ASC), ADHD, attachment needs, or trauma-related behaviours.

School experience is helpful but not essential — resilience and attitude are key.
