Job Overview
We’re looking for a friendly, organised and flexible part-time Administrator to join our lovely team at Foodworks Cookery School.

Duties

• Managing reception and incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
• Organising and maintaining files, records, and documentation using organisational skills and data entry expertise
• Scheduling staff rotas and tasks
• Managing email inboxes
• Supporting team members with administrative needs to facilitate smooth workflow
• Ensuring the office environment remains tidy and well-organised at all times
• Supporting on event days

Experience

• Proven office experience or administrative experience is essential
• Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar)
• Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, demonstrating professional phone etiquette
• Previous clerical experience or familiarity with office procedures is advantageous

Based in Colesbourne, GL53 9NP

Around 14 hours minimum per week, with additional hours available when needed. May need to support 1 Saturday per month.

Flexible hours to suit but ideally Tuesday-Thursdays.
