We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing exceptional support to staff and clients. Duties

• Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
• Organising and maintaining files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats
• Performing data entry tasks with accuracy using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
• Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating office activities
• Handling correspondence via email and postal services efficiently
• Supporting the team with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
• Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary
• Ensuring the office environment remains tidy, organised, and welcoming at all times

Qualifications

• Proven office experience or administrative experience in a similar role
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Good typing speed and data entry accuracy
• Demonstrable phone etiquette and communication skills
• Familiarity with clerical procedures and office management systems
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Pay: £16,000.00-£17,000.00 per year
