Project Accountant

• Location: Warrington BC
• Salary: £18.24 – £22.69 per hour
• Job Type: Contract (Initial 8 weeks)

We are urgently seeking a Project Accountant with experience in SAP HANA for a critical transformation project. This role is crucial for ensuring the integrity of financial records during the transition from our existing SAP system to a new system.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Work on the archive solution to reconcile the existing SAP system with the new system.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting during the system transition.
• Maintain integrity of financial records and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with IT and finance teams to address any issues during the reconciliation process.
• Provide support and guidance on the use of the new system to relevant stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Accountant or similar role.
• Strong experience with SAP HANA, specifically in transformation and reconciliation processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
