About the Role: Office Administrator
This is a varied role combining administrative tasks with customer service – ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking.
The place of work will be our Northfleet Office.
Hours: 08:00-17:00
25 days annual leave + bank holidays.
Salary: £29,750.00 per annum, paid monthly
Company pension scheme.
General duties to include (but not limited to):
– Handling incoming calls and emails with professionalism and accuracy in a calm manner.
– Data entry to our works management software package, ensuring all customer, supplier and subcontractor information is complete and maintained up to date.
– Coordinating and scheduling field engineers site appointments, including diary management and administration of work permits via customer web portals where required.
– Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications, Skills:
– Experience as an office administrator or in a similar role would be advantageous.
– Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are essential.
– Strong attention to detail and organisation skills, you will be managing multiple priorities in a busy environment.
– Confident in computer use. Whilst we will provide training on specific internal software packages, the applicant is expected to already be familiar and confident navigating a computer, web browser and Microsoft programmes such as Outlook for email communication and Word for word processing etc.
– Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with different team members.
– GCSE/diploma or equivalent desired in Business Administration or Maths/English.
