Admin Assistant Part Time / Flexible hours Job at Rochester Full Time

About us:
MJD Building & Decorating Ltd is an expanding company specialising in general building works, subcontracted works, Housing Associations, NHS Trust and many other reputable clients.
We are looking for a competent, highly professional and motivated Secretary to join our team.
Applicants must be flexible, reliable and trustworthy. To start of with, we are looking for a part time employee, working 2-3 days per week. Hours negotiable.

About the Role:

• Must have working experience of Sage accounting software.
• Uploading all invoices and purchases to Sage accounting software.
• Support with administrative duties relating to project and site.
• Attend project meetings and be responsible for minute taking.
• First point of contact for local authorities, contractors and members of the public.
• Ensure contractors and visitors to site are signed in, following the correct procedures.
• To be the main point of contact between Site Manager and Head Office.
• To assist the Site Manager with any other administrative tasks relating to the project such as letter writing , filing, copying, invoices, quotations and updating spreadsheets.
• Flexible hours.

About you:

• Previous experience working within a secretarial/ administrative role essential.
• Good MS Office proficiency, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Good working knowledge of Sage.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi task effectively.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
