Key Duties

• Undertake a structured training programme to develop roofing skills.

• Work at heights safely and follow all health and safety processes.

• Progress from in-house training to on-site practical experience.

• Continuously develop skills throughout the trainee period.

Requirements

• Must be aged 21 or over due to insurance requirements.

• Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn a skilled trade.

• Able to work well within a team and follow instructions carefully.

• Full UK driving licence.

• No previous experience required.
