Overview
We are seeking a Receptionist to join our family run business, The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring smooth communication and efficient administrative support. Responsibilities

• Greet visitors promptly and courteously, directing them appropriately
• Answer incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and manage enquiries effectively
• Manage front desk operations such as bookings and taking payments
• Perform data entry tasks with accuracy, utilising Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks as required
• Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies
• Assist with basic invoicing processes where necessary
• Ensure the reception area remains tidy and welcoming at all times

Experience

• Proven office experience or clerical background is preferred, training will be given where necessary
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
• Experience with data entry and administrative duties is advantageous
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
• Good typing accuracy to handle correspondence and documentation
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients, visitors, and team members via phone and in person

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
