Planner Job at Harefield, Middlesex Full Time

We are looking for a Planner to join one of our top clients in their offices based in West London working across water/ utilities projects. You’ll be supporting the preparation of tenders by producing detailed project schedules, assessing construction methodologies and idetifying key risks, constraits and opportunities.

You’ll be working closely with estimators, bid managers, engineers and operational teams. You’ll be tender documents, specifications, drawings and client requirments to development programme proposals that demonstrate how the project can be delivered safely, efficiently, and within the required timescales. Preparing tender programmes, phasing plans, resource schedules, logistics strategies, and programme narratives to support bid submissions.

Must have strong knowledge of civil engineering construction methods, Primavera P6, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and commercial teams are essential.

Long term work and top day rate on offer (outside IR35!)
