This is an exciting opportunity for candidates seeking either an immediate start or a September start, with the potential for a long-term role and a permanent contract for the right person.

The Ideal Candidate Will

• Be compassionate, patient, and resilient, with a calm, nurturing, and positive attitude
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of safeguarding and child welfare
• Feel confident supporting pupils with personal care and mobility needs (full training provided)
• Have experience of, or a willingness to learn about, sensory approaches, tailored interventions, and alternative communication strategies
• Bring enthusiasm, creativity, and a genuine passion for making a positive difference in children’s lives
