As we continue to grow our UK operations, we are looking for an experienced Education Manager to support the effective management of training programmes, delivery operations, quality standards, stakeholder coordination and programme governance.

Role Overview

The Education Manager will play a key role in overseeing the planning, coordination and delivery of Primed Talent’s education, training and workforce-development programmes.

This role is ideal for someone who has strong experience in programme delivery, education operations, stakeholder communication, compliance, reporting and quality assurance. The successful candidate will help ensure that programmes are delivered in a structured, consistent and professional manner while supporting the company’s wider growth and delivery objectives.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Planning, organising and overseeing delivery across education, training and workforce-development programmes.
• Coordinating trainers, delivery schedules, learner documentation and programme operations.
• Monitoring programme progress, delivery governance, reporting and day-to-day execution.
• Maintaining quality, compliance and process standards across assigned programmes.
• Supporting internal teams, learners, employers, clients and external stakeholders.
• Identifying and resolving delivery-related issues to ensure smooth programme delivery.
• Supporting client continuity, account operations and structured programme improvement.
• Contributing to operational processes that help the organisation scale effectively.
• Ensuring that programme documentation, learner records and reporting requirements are maintained accurately.
• Supporting growth across funded, commercial and employer-led training opportunities.

Skills and Experience Required

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in education, training, programme delivery or workforce development.
• Strong operational coordination and programme management skills.
• Experience working with trainers, learners, employers, partners or client stakeholders.
• Understanding of quality assurance, compliance, reporting and delivery governance.
• Excellent organisational, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and professional way.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience in education management, training operations, programme delivery or a related field.
