About The Role

As our group continues to thrive with record growth among 16-18-year-old students, we’re seeking dynamic and passionate English Lecturers to join our forward-thinking team. You’ll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our learners by delivering outstanding teaching across GCSE and Functional Skills programmes, helping students reach their full potential.

As a dedicated team player, you’ll be driven by the desire to support students to succeed. Ideally, you’ll hold a degree in English, or a related field. You Will Have

• A degree in English or other related discipline
• GCSEs in English and Maths A*-C/9-4 or equivalent
• A PGCE or other recognised full teaching qualification is desirable
• Experience of teaching GCSE or Functional Skills qualification
