• Monday to Thursday, 19:45–06:15
• Full-time

The role of Administrator:

• Update relevant Warehouse Management systems with stock receipts, moves, and discrepancies in accordance with Work Instructions
• Report all identified issues or problems to your Team Leader in a timely manner
• Ensure all requests or instructions from Team Leader/Manager are carried out in full
• Use correct manual handling techniques when handling containers, boxes, and parts
• Operate company equipment safely and in accordance with company policies, procedures, and legislation
• Support the operation in achieving Vantec and customer requirements in the contract
• Attend shift briefings and understand KPIs on performance boards, raising issues for resolution by the team
• Ensure all activities are undertaken in accordance with current legislation and company policies

The ideal Administrator:

• Computer literate, capable of working independently, and open to role changes as needed
• Accuracy in work is essential
• The position may involve heavy lifting and decanting of boxes — full training provided in all aspects of the operation
