Guinness Property provides repairs and maintenance services to The Guinness Partnership. Our national teams deliver rapid-response housing repairs, maintenance, and improvement services to ensure that our residents homes are safe and maintained to a high standard.
About the role
We are looking for a Multi Skilled Joiner to join our South Coast team, delivering responsive repairs and general multi-skilled work. This is a permanent role, working 39 hours per week.
The role includes participation in an out-of-hours callout rota, which comes with an additional payment.
To ensure timely access to our residents, the successful candidate must live within the Havant area. A full UK driving licence is essential. A basic DBS check is required, which will be paid for by The Guinness Partnership.
