As an Employment Coach you’ll be at the heart of supporting residents with disabilities and complex barriers to employment. This is your chance to be part of a fresh, person-centred approach that empowers people to find meaningful work, training, and independence.

What You’ll Do

In this rewarding role, you’ll:

• Act as a Key Worker, managing a caseload of clients with diverse support needs.
• Build trusted relationships and co-create tailored job search plans.
• Deliver individual and group support sessions in community settings.
• Work collaboratively with families, carers, employers, and partner agencies.
• Coordinate interventions and monitor progress to ensure lasting impact.
