The Bristol Haematology and Oncology Centre (BHOC) are a leading provider of cancer care, committed to delivering excellence in patient outcomes and fostering a culture of continuous professional development. We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Band 6 Practice Education Facilitator to join our team and support the development of the cancer nursing workforce in line with the ACCEND Framework for Cancer Care.
This role is pivotal in advancing the education and capability of nurses across specialist cancer services, with a particular focus on Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapies (SACT), haematology, and oncology. While experience in stem cell transplant and/or acute oncology is desirable, it is not essential. Enthusiasm for learning and supporting others in these areas is welcomed.
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of cancer nursing education and contribute meaningfully to workforce transformation. If you are enthusiastic about developing others and committed to delivering high-quality cancer care, we would like to hear from you.
