Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented data input clerk and Legal Administrator to join our team.
This is for a maternity cover role only, from 1st July 2026 to 30th June 2027 although there could be the potential for an ongoing permanent role afterwards for the right candidate.
Pay is per case input (£20 per case) or by signing case (£25)
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role within the team by inputting client cases, where attention to detail is paramount and also conducting online signing meetings with clients to ensure their legal documents are signed correctly. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, excellent input skills and a flexible approach is essential as there will be evening and Saturday work as well as during the week. It is not a set number of hours per week but extremely flexible, however we would anticipate a minimum of 10 hours per week.
It is a fully work from home role, and training will be given online. There may be the odd day during training that a visit to the office would be beneficial. The office is based in Maldon, Essex.
