Part-time Receptionist Job at London Full Time

We are looking for a reliable RECEPTIONIST for Wombats CITY Hostel London

• You need have rights to work in the UK legally and already based in London.
• You absolutely need to be able to handle any sort of situation in English.
• A passion for guest service from Backpackers for Backpackers
• Excellent communication skills
• Open, social caring and straightforward character who is also not afraid of sometimes an occasional stressful time
• working hours would be either 8am to 4pm/9am to 3pm or 4pm to midnight/3pm to 9/11pm
• MEWS experience is a plus!
• Speaking multiple languages is a HUGE plus!

Your tasks:

• be a great host and offer our guests the best customer service
• reservation procedures
• Check-in/ Check-out for individual travelers and groups
• controlling bookings
• provide sightseeing information and insider tips
• dealing with customer inquiries
• 16-24hrs per week

Salary: 13.30 GBP gross/per hour
