Contract Director Job at Full Time

Facilitate Search has been retained to support on the recruitment of a Contract Director to work for an award winning Facilities Management organisation.

The role is responsible for a significant, long term account delivering facilities management services, capital projects, lifecycle as well as overall estate transformation and strategy.

The Contract Director will act as the senior strategic representative for the account, building trusted and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, leading a diverse and multi-disciplinary workforce, and taking overall accountability for the success, performance and development of the contract.

We are keen to speak with senior leaders who have experience managing complex client accounts involving capital works, estate programmes and transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of FM, asset management and lifecycle planning, with the ability to operate at a strategic level rather than purely operational delivery.

This is an outstanding leadership opportunity to work on a flagship account for a highly respected service provider.
