Hybrid working available- 2 days in the office- 3 days from home
£13- £16 per hour
Monday – Friday

Location: Warrington

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join a busy and supportive finance team within a well-established organisation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong accounts payable experience who is looking for a hybrid role in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing a high volume of purchase invoices accurately and efficiently
• Matching, batching, and coding invoices
• Resolving invoice queries with internal teams and external suppliers
• Reconciliation of supplier statements
• Assisting with payment runs
• Maintaining accurate financial records
• Supporting the wider finance team where required

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Accounts Payable role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage workload effectively
• Confident communicator, both written and verbal
• Experience using finance systems and Microsoft Excel
