Administrative Assistant – (Hybrid) Job at Harrow Full Time NEW

Reach is seeking a proactive and highly organised Administrative Assistant to support our Concessionary Travel services. This is a hybrid role, with up to 3 days per week on-site at Harrow Council Offices and the rest remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for applicants, clients, and stakeholders
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, including diary management
• Prepare and send appointment letters, reminders, and outcome notifications
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
• Liaise with local authorities and partner organisations
• Provide on-site support during clinic days, welcoming and checking in clients
• Assist with general administrative tasks across the business.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Experience in an administrative or customer-facing role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excell and confidence using digital systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Desirable:

• Experience in healthcare, local authority, or public service environments.
• Familiarity with assessment or case management processes.
