Overview
LPB Building & Roofing is a growing construction and roofing company looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team.

This is a varied role that would suit someone who enjoys working in a busy office environment, speaking with customers, and supporting multiple areas of the business. We are looking for someone who can develop into a cross-skilled member of the team and become an important part of our day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Answering incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries appropriately
• Managing company email inboxes and responding to customer enquiries
• Providing excellent customer service to clients, suppliers and contractors
• Scheduling appointments and assisting with diary management
• Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
• Supporting the operations and management teams with general administrative tasks
• Preparing documents, letters and reports when required
• Assisting with customer follow-ups and ongoing communication

Skills & Experience

• Previous administration or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Experience within construction or property services is advantageous but not essential
