We are looking to recruit an experienced Advanced Practitioner to support the clinical team in our busy GP Surgery in Redcar.
This is an existing opportunity for a highly skilled clinician to take on a role with autonomy, responsibility, and scope to influence patient care.
This is an autonomous clinical role combining patient assessment, diagnosis, prescribing, and clinical leadership, with strong expectations around service improvement, team support, and safe, evidence based practice.
Our clinical team comprises four GP Partners, a Salaried GP, Nurse Practitioners, Practice Nurses, Advanced HCAs, HCAs, Phlebotomists, Pharmacy Technicians and a Clinical Pharmacist.
We are a committed and forward thinking team delivering an evolving healthcare service that meets the diverse needs of our patients. In doing so, we believe we offer a sustainable model of Modern General Practice. Our overarching vision is Putting Patients First and providing services tailored to their needs. We strive to achieve this through strong leadership, mentorship, teamwork, effective communication, shared problem solving, training, education, and continuous professional development.
We benefit from excellent public transport links (Redcar train stations are within walking distance), and offer ample free onsite parking.
