Education welfare officer for an outstanding school in West London. This Education welfare officer post is to start ASAP and will be offered on a full time basis. The role is to promote positive attitudes towards regular school attendance on the part of students and their parents/carers. To improve levels of student attendance and engagement. To monitor and report on whole:school attendance data, analysing data to identify key areas of concern. To work closely with pupils, staff, parents and carers to reduce levels of absence, and act appropriately when persistent absence becomes a safeguarding issue The school is keen to look over Education welfare officer CVs ASAP and meet Education welfare officers for a paid trial.
