Inclusive Education Officer
About The Role
In 2026/27, the University of Bath is launching its new Inclusive Education framework and this role will play a vital role in ensuring anticipatory reasonable adjustments are available to all of our students consistently.
This role is focused on disability-related inclusion, though its impact will be far wider.
Alongside academic and Professional Service colleagues, you will be supporting the framework’s roll-out and organising the effective use of a variety of staff training resources across three faculties: Humanities and Social Sciences, Engineering & Design, and Science.
You will also be key to the evolving monitoring and evaluation of the framework’s implementation and impact by designing reporting that is accurate, efficient, scalable, and actionable.
Day-to-day, you may also be involved in the bulk remediation of course and learning materials, liaising with specialist services, process-improvement work, and sharing your expertise with others in formal settings such as committees, departmental fora, and institution-wide working groups.
