We are delighted to be partnering an established and growing organisation with the recruitment for the role of Management Accountant due to company growth. This role is located between Colchester and Chelmsford, Essex.

Your new role
Reporting to and working closely with the Head of Finance, this is a varied role with key duties including:

• Preparing monthly management accounts
• Sales and financial analysis
• Cashflow reporting
• VAT returns
• Supporting with year-end and auditor requirements
• Purchase and sales ledger management
• Staff supervision and mentoring of a small finance team

What you’ll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have experience of producing monthly management accounts, combined with strong reconciliation and IT and systems skills. Experience of managing or supervising a small team would be highly beneficial.

What you’ll get in return
Starting salary of circa £40000 – £44000
This is a full-time permanent role located on-site at their head-office between Colchester and Chelmsford, within commuting distance of surrounding areas such as Halstead, Braintree, Witham, Great Dunmow.
