Office Admin Job at Broxburn Full Time

We are looking for a passionate individual to help support office staff.

This is an integral role that requires the individual to be confident, and knows about data protection and privacy.

You will be the interfacing individual to anyone coming into our office. You will liase with the Service Manager to ensure compliance. You will manage the office alongside the Service Manager

• Excellent PC skills.
• Ability to take notes and statements speedily
• Manage office inventory
• Good communication at all levels
• Previous experience in an Admin role
• Cheery, patient and kind personality
• An understanding of the Care
• Excellent social and communication skills
• Excellent PC and Technical skills
• Able to provide 2 referees (at least one being from your recent employer)
• A driving licence preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From £25,350.00 per year
