About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and organised Office Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day running of our office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys administration, customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally
- Manage filing, data entry, and office records
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Professional and friendly attitude
- Good attention to detail
