Oxford and Cambridge Tutors is a dynamic and fast-growing company dedicated to providing our clients and partner schools with a high-touch and personalised service. We are looking to recruit an exceptional, well-organised individual with plenty of initiative and self-motivation, who communicates with confidence and works well in a team. Enjoy working in a nurturing and challenging environment where your skills will be highly valued.
As our schools’ programmes continue to grow — both across the UK and with our international partner schools — we are looking for a Schools Co-ordinator to be the organisational engine behind them. You will be the day-to-day point of contact for partner schools and the person who keeps admissions test sessions, interview preparation, webinars and bespoke packages running smoothly from first enquiry to final delivery. With the team being relatively small and dynamic, you will have opportunities for project management and to take the lead early on. This role comes with a competitive remuneration package, private health care and company bonus scheme.
Job description
• Be the main point of contact for our partner schools in the UK and overseas, responding promptly and professionally to enquiries by email, phone and online
• Co-ordinate the delivery of our schools’ programmes — admissions test preparation, mock interviews, bespoke support packages and webinars — from scheduling through to follow-up
• Plan and manage the logistics of school-facing events and online sessions, liaising with schools, tutors and consultants to ensure everything runs to a high standard
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with school staff, anticipating their needs and proactively suggesting how we can support their students
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM software and keep the Schools Portal up to date
• Support our widening-access and outreach work, helping more students benefit from our programmes
• Contribute to schools’ marketing — outreach emails, newsletters and resources — and help present our free University Webinars
• Fulfil various other tasks as one would expect when being part of a small team, with opportunities to get involved in project planning, new product development and some administrative tasks
Location and work pattern
• Based at our offices in Summertown, Oxford
• Monday to Friday, 8 am – 4.30 pm
• Occasional evening and weekend work during events, for which time off in lieu will be given
Remuneration and benefits
• Competitive salary commensurate with experience from £28,000
• Company bonus scheme
• Private Healthcare
• 28 days paid holiday per year (including bank holidays)
• Company pension contributions
• Access to discounted tuition for your immediate family
• Comfortable, modern offices with large café area
• Free tea, coffee, juice, fruit and snacks
