Are you a Site Manager from an Industrial Roofing / Cladding or similar background looking for a varied role heading up a tight-knit team within a well-established Contractor working with a dynamic client base across the UK who offer ongoing progression opportunities and a bonus to increase your earnings?

This well-established Contractor work on varied Construction projects – primarily within roofing and cladding- for a broad range of clients across the UK, mostly within the Industrial sector. They have seen major growth since their establishment 70 years ago and due to an ever increasing workload they are looking to grow their friendly Site team.

In this varied role you will be responsible for managing on site operations for roofing projects, primarily within the Logistics sector and averaging around 1m- 3m in size. You will oversee a tight-knit team and be the first port of call for any issues as you liaise closely with the PMs, clients and other stakeholders.
This exciting role would suit a Site Manager from an Industrial Roofing / Cladding background looking to work on a varied range of projects within a leading company who offer flexible working and a bonus to increase your earnings.

The Role:

• Play a key role in Industrial Roofing and Cladding projects
• Oversee site teams and manage day-to-day operations
• Ensure compliance to H&S, and quality standards upheld
• Regular travel to sites across the UK – primarily regional travel
• Liaise with PMs, clients and suppliers

The Person:

• Site Manager
• Industrial Roofing / Cladding experience
• Full Driving Licence – happy to undertake regular travel
