Surveyor – Planned Works & Contract Management
Location: Primarily Wiltshire & Hampshire with travel across other sites Contract Type: Permanent, hybrid working (Based from home with travel to sites) Salary: £43,000 – £45,200 + 55p per mile

This is a full-time project/contract management role focused on overseeing planned works and one-off projects across social housing stock including extra care schemes.
You will be responsible for managing works from survey through to completion, including site inspections, contractor management and ensuring health & safety compliance.
