Role Description

This is a contract and remote role for a Training Coordinator. The Training Coordinator will manage the planning, development, and execution of training programs. Responsibilities include coordinating training sessions, evaluating training needs, developing training materials, and providing employee training. The role also requires effective collaboration with internal teams to ensure all training initiatives align with company goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Training Coordination and Training & Development
• Strong skills in Employee Training and the ability to deliver effective training sessions
• Excellent Communication skills to facilitate collaboration and convey complex concepts clearly
• Experience in designing and implementing training programs
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for remote training
• Ability to assess training needs and measure the effectiveness of programs
• Background in a sales, HR, or educational setting is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
