About us :
A prestigious 5-star boutique hotel in the heart of Knightsbridge is seeking a capable and well-organised HR Administrator to support its people function across a team of approximately 65 employees.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong HR administration experience who enjoys working in a high-quality hospitality environment where attention to detail, professionalism and discretion are essential.
The Role
Working closely with senior management and external HR support, you will help ensure that the hotel’s HR processes run smoothly, consistently and in line with employment law and best practice.
The role will cover a broad range of HR administration and employee support duties, with a particular focus on onboarding, HR documentation and providing practical support on technical employment law and employee relations matters.
