The role? In this busy and varied role, you will provide comprehensive admin support to the Buccleuch Property team. Working closely with the PA/Office Manager, you will coordinate travel and Outlook calendars, process expenses, organise meetings, and produce a range of documents to a high standard. You will also cover reception one day each week, ensuring our visitors receive a warm welcome.
The person? Friendly, professional and confident, you will enjoy working in a busy environment, have an organised approach and a strong eye for detail. Candidates must have admin experience in a similar role and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
