Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Bookkeeper/Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, maintaining accurate accounts, and supporting administrative functions across the organisation. Duties

• Manage and maintain financial records using recognised accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
• Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and receipts
• Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports for management review
• Assist with payroll processing and employee expense claims
• Maintain organised filing systems for financial documents and administrative records
• Support general administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry
• Liaise with external accountants or auditors as required
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and organisational policies

Requirements

• Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles, with familiarity using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial record management
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple tasks
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in an administrative role is desirable but not essential
• A recognised qualification in accounting or finance is advantageous
