As a growing and dynamic business, we are looking for a proactive and adaptable Business Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of the company and contribute to the smooth running of multiple areas across the business.
Role Overview
The Business Administrator will provide flexible administrative support across the organisation, assisting with operations, service coordination, customer communication, procurement, and general office administration.
This is a varied role suited to someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced business environment. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide general administrative support across the business
· Liaise professionally with clients, suppliers, engineers, contractors, and internal teams
· Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and related administrative documentation
· Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems
· Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries in a professional manner
· Support the leadership team with ad hoc administrative and operational tasks
· Help improve internal processes and maintain organised business operations
· Support compliance and documentation requirements where necessary
Skills & Experience
· Previous experience in an administrative, operations, or business support role
· Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
· Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
· A flexible, proactive, and positive approach to work
· Experience within facilities management, construction, service coordination, fitness, or wellness sectors would be advantageous but not essential
