Start Solar is a well established Renewable energy Company seeking Customer Service Specialists to join the team due to the rapid growth of the company’s business. We are looking for highly motivated and well organised people with an outgoing personality and administration experience.

The main responsibilities of this position will be:

· Calling customers to confirm details

· Answering phone calls

· Maintain CRM database

. Answering in coming calls and forwarding to the relevant department

· Customer assurance and quality tasks

The ideal candidate must have:

· Minimum of 1 years’ experience in administration / Receptionist

· Strong client focus and ability to develop long term partnership with clients

· Accuracy and Attention to detail

· Excellent communication skills

· Strong customer service skills

· Moderate computing knowledge

· Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

This position is a part time job share role. With a minimum of 15 hours a week. Hours will be discussed during interview.

Pay: From £13.00 per hour
