OVERALL SUMMARY: The post holder will be directly responsible to the Branch Secretary and flexibly support the administration needs of the Branch.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Administration: To support Branch Executive Team in all administration work of the Branch including:
· Supporting Office Manager in organising and administrating meetings and events (e.g., arranging physical/ virtual venues, issuing materials and minute-taking).
· Providing support for Branch Executive through use of software and office equipment (including photocopier etc).
· Storing and retrieving data on Office systems as required.
2. Communication: To support branch communications through:
· Preparing and issuing internal and external communications as required.
· Undertaking such reception duties as directed by the Office Manager or Branch Executive Team.
3. Resourcing: To support the activities of the Branch through:
· Receiving and stock-checking incoming and existing materials.
· Undertake monthly data cleansing exercise to ensure data is accurate and up to date.
This list is not exhaustive and the Administrator can expect to play a full role in the administration of electoral processes; campaigns; and recruitment as required.
4. To attend and report to Branch Executive Committee meetings as required.
To undertake other duties as may be required and which are commensurate with the grade and Branch requirements.

KNOWLEDGE

EXPERIENCE
2.2 Previous experience of administration work.
