Duties

• Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression
• Manage incoming calls, directing enquiries appropriately while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
• Handle daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
• Utilise Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks to prepare reports, spreadsheets, and financial records
• Maintain organised records of appointments, correspondence, and office supplies
• Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments for staff members
• Support with basic bookkeeping tasks and invoice processing as required
• Ensure the reception area remains tidy and welcoming at all times

Skills

• Proven office experience or administrative experience demonstrating organisational proficiency
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs), and QuickBooks
• Excellent typing speed with high accuracy for data entry tasks
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks efficiently
• Effective communication skills with professional phone etiquette and understand Urdu
• Attention to detail in managing records and correspondence
• Ability to adapt quickly to new software or procedures as needed
• Reliable team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
