What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day office administration, including supporting the accounts & operations team.
• Prepare and format documents, reports, for internal and external use.
• Maintain and update databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support finance processes such as invoice tracking.
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and service providers to keep everything running smoothly.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in (Word, Excel, Outlook) and confidence with digital tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a keen eye for detail.
• Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
