Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing support to shop in the background performing various duties. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and prior office experience (in a shop background would be a plus). Responsibilities

• Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
• Organising and maintaining files, records, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
• Performing data entry tasks using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word etc)
• Handling money and reconciling daily accounts/sales
• Handling e-mails
• Supporting team members with administrative tasks which can vary day to day
• Ensuring the office/shop supplies are stocked and ordering replacements when necessary
• Strong eye for detail as many of the tasks require cross referencing with reports.

Qualifications

• Proven office experience or administrative experience is preferred
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with good phone etiquette
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Previous clerical experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
