Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for someone well versed in an office environment to join our team based in Swindon. In this role, you will be trained in the back end workings of an electrical contracting company. Types of tasks that you will be trained on include;

• Answering/responding to web based/e-mail or telephone queries
• building and sending quotations
• Quotation follow-ups
• booking/scheduling of appointments
• stock control from wholesalers
• basic book keeping – Xero accounting software
• creation of reports / certificates for compliance
• Sorting post/scanning documents/record keeping
• Updating online systems, managing customer database and keeping records up-to-date
• taking card payments for invoices
• Sending receipts and acknowledgements to customers for payments received
• Liaising with other members of the team to ensure all information is up-to-date for booked jobs
• Supporting the office and technical teams with every day tasks

You will receive full training on industry specific software and business processes.
