We’re excited to be growing! As a newly opened appliance showroom in Magherafelt, MyAppli is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Sales Administrator to help us build something special.

This is a brand-new role within our business, offering the opportunity to make a real impact from day one. We’re looking for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing and updating customer information within our CRM and business systems
• Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administration and customer communications
• Processing orders, invoices, and related paperwork using Sage and other systems
• Preparing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office
• Coordinating communication between customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring documentation is organised and up to date
• Responding to customer enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
• Helping us continuously improve our processes as we grow

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in an administrative, sales support, or customer service role
• Strong IT skills, including confidence with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Experience using CRM systems and Xero would be an advantage
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to get involved
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
