Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director. This role involves managing a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations and effective communication within the organisation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, be proficient in various office software, and demonstrate professionalism and discretion at all times.

Duties

• Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Prepare and organise documents, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Handle incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
• Perform data entry tasks accurately using data management systems such as QuickBooks and other relevant software
• Assist with general administrative duties including filing, photocopying, and organising office supplies
• Liaise with internal teams and external contacts to facilitate communication and follow-up on various projects
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
• Support the organisation of company events or meetings as required
• Ensure timely completion of tasks by prioritising workload effectively

Qualifications

• Proven administrative experience, preferably in an office environment
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs)
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable
• Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and typing speed
• Good phone etiquette and professional communication skills
• Previous clerical experience including filing, photocopying, and general office duties
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
• Organised with a proactive approach to problem-solving and time management
