Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Office Assistant to join our legal team in Warrington town centre. This role is vital in supporting our daily operations and ensuring our office runs smoothly. The successful candidate will be based in our office location and will contribute to maintaining our high standards of client service.
Responsibilities

• Manage daily administrative tasks to support the legal team.
• Organize and maintain files, documents, and records efficiently.
• Deal with accounts payable and collating invoices and receipts etc
• Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist with data entry and document preparation
• Support billing processes and credit control
• Coordinate appointments and meetings for staff, and handle the court diary and weekly attendance in the office
• Ensure the office environment remains organized and welcoming.
• Perform general clerical duties as required.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in an office or administrative role.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Friendly demeanor with professional phone etiquette.
• A good level of basic English and maths
• Familiarity with case management systems and CRMs would be an advantage, but excellent computer skills is required

The role would suit someone with common sense, great people skills and a warm and a warm, relaxed and friendly demeanour on the phone

The part time hours will be negotiable, but probably between 14 to 20 hours possibly working around school hours

Important: the company operates multiple Apps and software systems so a high level of familarity of working with computers and software systems is essential
